I always wanted to learn how to bake. I actually considered going to Culinary School and specialize in Pastry making. However, I realized that cooking and baking can be learned at home. So I decided to learn baking with the help of my mom in the comfort of our own home. She is really good in baking. I believe that I got the love for baking from her.
My first try were these cookies. My mom and my boyfriend helped me prepare the ingredients. They were like my assistants during the preparation.
Aside from being my assistants, my mom tells me tips every now and then while my boyfriend keeps giving me positive vibes that it'll come out great.
And guess what? My friends love my cookies! They even volunteered themselves to do the marketing if ever i'll make business out of it. I will! But not now. I need to hone my baking talents some more.
